A 100,000 liters per day can juice or molasses ethanol will be built by the end of year 2009 or early 2010 in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental, Philippines by Roxol Bioenergy Corporation.

Roxol Bioenergy Corporation invests 1 billion peso for this ethanol plant.

Ethanol from this plant is to fulfill energy sector in Philippines.
