Take Note of OSHA Finding in December 19 Blast

Last month OSHA released an investigation report about T2 Laboratories Inc. blast. The accident was caused four people killed.

OSHA found that T2 Laboratories Inc. lacked a blast-resistant control room, a backup water supply to cool a high-pressure reactor and emergency response plans.

The accident itself occurred during workers were mixing chemicals in a batch reactor to produce gasoline additive.

It is then become important for the rest of us to think OSHA findings, which may could avoid people to die in the accident.

Read this short news again, what I have written above and go to your plant site, and think what you have missed.
